At Desiree Favoreto Brazilian Jiujitsu, we firmly believe in the power of martial arts training, particularly Jiu Jitsu. As a school focused purely on BJJ, we have seen firsthand the benefits that are realized by our students.
The physical gains are unquestionable – Jiu Jitsu competitors can lose weight, increase coordination and mobility, and see overall improvement in health. But participating in Jiu Jitsu classes has many mental benefits as well. You’ll feel better about yourself, improve your focus, and be more disciplined. We even find that kids who train Jiu Jitsu do better in school and improve their grades!
Our BJJ programs are structured and technique-driven while also making sure students have fun. This balance ensures that students are learning every time they come through the door, and always wanting to come back. We pride ourselves on professionalism and providing the highest quality Jiu Jitsu instruction in the Miami, Florida area!
