Kids Jiu Jitsu (Ages 4-13)

BJJ helps kids gain confidence, learn discipline, focus their energy, foster respect for others, and be a part of a one-of-a-kind community full of future friends and mentors!

· Class Duration: 45 minutes
· Philosophy: A touch of courage and growth, associating martial arts culture to enhance natural instincts of defense and survival.
Objective: Focus on discipline and socialization through teamwork, developing defense instincts along with physical and motor skill improvement.

· Class Duration: 1 hour
· Philosophy: Introduction to self-defense techniques and grappling, emphasizing agility and body control.
· Objective: Teach basic anti-bullying self-defense concepts, boost confidence, improve balance, and strengthen defensive instincts.

· Class Duration: 1 hour
· Philosophy: Focus on personal development through self-defense techniques, emphasizing self-control, building confidence, and learning conflict resolution.
Objective: Introduce grappling techniques, self-defense skills, and foster a sense of healthy competitiveness.

Adults Jiu Jitsu (Ages 14+)
